As in past years, the scrumptious five-course dinner is the highlight of Evening in the Maritimes. Choose between lobster, beef, or vegetarian.
Seafarer

Mussels served with white wine sauce
Whole lobster served with coleslaw, potato salad and pasta salad
Land-Lubber
Seasonal salad with olive oil, lemon and chives
Fish velouté, garnished with clams, baby scallops, and baby shrimps OR Cream of tomato with fresh basil and gin
Ravioli with spinach and ricotta in a gorgonzola sauce
Beef filet mignon with shallots in a tarragon sauce
Vegetarian
